The financial services industry is moving away from a corporate mindset of thinking how big a slice of a pie can you get or how many products can you sell.

These days you are considered a professional and are instead looking to find out what your client’s issues are first, then at the best ways to solve them.

People want to be educated on how to keep making the right financial decisions so sometimes this involves only strategy, sometimes products and sometimes both.

Not only is there a shift of how planners are being valued but the industry is still not very competitive with only 15% of the population is getting advice!
