However, their definition might be different from ours, which would be something like working from home.
As an example, a young advisor shared with me that he had 3 children and set up his business so he could work 4 days a week.
Millennials interpret it to mean working different hours and being creative with how they get client outcomes.
The biggest takeaway here is to think outside of the box on how to provide a flexible environment when engaging the next generation.
